Ralph Hutchison, Coordinator of the Oak Ridge Environmental Peace Alliance, will give an update on this year's Federal Budget proposal for a new nuclear weapons plant in Oak Ridge Tennessee, on the ongoing upgrading of nuclear weapons in our state, and what we can do to stop it. He will tell about the peace activities planned for this April in Knoxville and Oak Ridge. This will be the 7th annual OREPA potluck and presentation at the Peace and Justice Center. Everyone is welcome!
